⭐ Reader reviews
Reader rating
I read a lot of horror and I'm picky. A few scenes I will not forget, whether I want to or not.
Was skeptical at first. Some chapters are hard to read in the best possible way. A couple of the side characters are thinly drawn.
Finished it over a stormy weekend, which helped. Slow burn, but the burn is the point. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
Added this to the shelf next to the ones I reread. It is the kind of horror that rewards reading with the lights on.
