A friend from my book club recommended it. The dread is in the pacing, not in gore, which is exactly how I like it. There's real craft in how much is left unsaid. Delivery took a bit longer than quoted. Recommended with reservations.

Ordered it for Halloween and it came in time. Genuinely unsettling in places, and it earns it without cheap tricks. Slow burn, but the burn is the point. Shipping was quick too.
Took a chance on it after reading the description here. The monster is scarier for how little you see of it. The ending is bleak and honest, not a twist for the sake of one. Glad I finally picked this up.
First order from this shop. The binding held up to being carried around for a week. Slow burn, but the burn is the point. One of my better finds this year.
Was skeptical at first. It is the kind of horror that rewards reading with the lights on. Great value for what you get.
