Finally got around to ordering this. The atmosphere builds slowly and then does not let go. Definitely recommend.
Ordered it for Halloween and it came in time. The setting is practically a character, and a hostile one.
I read a lot of horror and I'm picky. There's real craft in how much is left unsaid. The ending is bleak and honest, not a twist for the sake of one. Happy enough with the purchase.
First order from this shop. The binding held up to being carried around for a week. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
