Grabbed it for a long flight. The setting is practically a character, and a hostile one. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
Arrived quickly and well packaged. Print is comfortable for late-night reading. Great value for what you get.
Was skeptical at first. It leans on old gothic bones and makes them creak convincingly. Glad I finally picked this up.
First order from this shop. The ending is bleak and honest, not a twist for the sake of one. Read it in two sittings; the second one ran past midnight. The font runs small in this edition. Good, with the caveats above.
Was skeptical at first. The atmosphere builds slowly and then does not let go. Some chapters are hard to read in the best possible way. One of my better finds this year.
A friend from my book club recommended it. Print is comfortable for late-night reading. Read it in two sittings; the second one ran past midnight. Happy enough with the purchase.
