⭐ Reader reviews
Reader rating
This has been on my wishlist for months. Good introduction if you have not read this author before. The font runs small in this edition. Good, with the caveats above.
Bought this for my brother and ended up reading it first. The monster is scarier for how little you see of it. Belongs in any working kitchen.
Grabbed it for a long flight. The atmosphere builds slowly and then does not let go. It is the kind of horror that rewards reading with the lights on. Glad I finally picked this up.
Took a chance on it after reading the description here. It is the kind of horror that rewards reading with the lights on. The binding held up to being carried around for a week. My only quibble is that the middle third sags a little.
