Demons Dancing
A multi-perspective horror novel about fighting demons through sacred items and weapons.
The story weaves together several plotlines involving supernatural threats. Frank Wright’s quest for a sacred item reveals sinister truths. Devon Fields follows evidence of violent crimes, while Tarin Barkley investigates the premature aging of her friend Gina. Jack Flint encounters a bloody campsite during his travels. A biker and a humpbacked man seek a demon-killing weapon after an alley attack. These characters converge as they face powerful demons alongside Elders and a poet. The narrative structure relies on these intersecting investigations and battles against darkness rather than a single protagonist’s journey.
This work sits within the horror and supernatural fiction genres, published independently in 2019. It draws on gothic traditions through its focus on strange deaths, headless corpses, and demonic entities. The setting includes locations like the Lake District, grounding the supernatural events in recognizable American or British landscapes typical of the genre.
