Santos Da Costa constructs a dense tapestry of theological horror, grounding his narrative in the heavy atmosphere of pre-divine malice. The book excels in establishing a sense of historical weight through its generational conflict against entities like Lilith and Lucifer. While the premise is steeped in familiar apocryphal tropes, the execution offers a distinct cultural flavor within the horror fiction genre. It suits readers who prefer mythic scale over psychological subtlety, delivering a straightforward confrontation with classic demonic archetypes. The tone remains consistently dark, catering to those who enjoy the grandeur of gothic horror and the visceral threat of supernatural creatures invading human lineage.
