Been meaning to get this one for a while. The ending is bleak and honest, not a twist for the sake of one. Slow burn, but the burn is the point. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
Arrived quickly and well packaged. The binding held up to being carried around for a week. Print is comfortable for late-night reading. Well worth it.
Was skeptical at first. The dread is in the pacing, not in gore, which is exactly how I like it. If you like this kind of cooking, don't hesitate.
I read a lot of horror and I'm picky. The binding held up to being carried around for a week. My only quibble is that the middle third sags a little. Solid, if not essential.
