Got it as a gift for a friend who loves the genre. Some chapters are hard to read in the best possible way. Delivery took a bit longer than quoted.
Needed a good scare and got one. The binding held up to being carried around for a week. Five stars from me.
Finally got around to ordering this. The audiobook crowd will want the paper copy for the margins. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
Been meaning to get this one for a while. The prose is clean and the scares land because the characters feel real. The ending is bleak and honest, not a twist for the sake of one. If you like this kind of cooking, don't hesitate.
Took a chance on it after reading the description here. Good introduction if you have not read this author before. Gorier than the description lets on, if that matters to you. Happy enough with the purchase.
