Ordered it for Halloween and it came in time. The monster is scarier for how little you see of it. The binding held up to being carried around for a week. If you like this kind of cooking, don't hesitate.
Finally got around to ordering this. A few scenes I will not forget, whether I want to or not. My only quibble is that the middle third sags a little. Happy enough with the purchase.
Added this to the shelf next to the ones I reread. The audiobook crowd will want the paper copy for the margins. The setting is practically a character, and a hostile one. Would buy from this store again.
Arrived quickly and well packaged. Genuinely unsettling in places, and it earns it without cheap tricks. Will be gifting a copy to a friend.
