Experimental Files: An anthology of tales inspired by Gemma Files' "Experimental Film".

Secret messages hidden in a film... A man's brother lost to a cinema that can't be found... A woman finds a hunger for something unexpected and terrible... Welcome to Experimental Files. Tales of love and of hate, of fear, and madness. Stories that make you think and some that may make you weep. Stories of the dark, and of the light. Of hate, and of love. And of death. Each unique tale is based upon the work of the multiple award-winning author and artist Gemma Files. Her work, spanning decades, inspires, terrifies, and is regarded as some of the best fiction to be found. Here some of the best Speculative Fiction writers re-imagine, remix, and rework her classic works of Experimental Film and more. From Scott Couturier to Michael Cisco, to K. H. Vaughan, Gordon White, Sarah Read and Maria Haskins, this book will delight even the darkest of sensibilities. With hand-made illustrations from Gemma Files herself, we are inviting you to come and see our picture show. The film is ready. And we are waiting.
