📝 Description: Beast
After months of saber rattling a new US president orders the 1st Infantry Division's 1st Brigade to Poland as a show of force. It doesn't take long before Captain Clemmons and the rest of Beast Company 1st Battalion 18th Infantry find themselves in the thick of the action. Before long, it becomes clear that they are being hunted, not only by the Russian Army, but by creatures believed to existed only as myths... and nightmares.

The book effectively merges military procedural elements with classic horror tropes, creating a tense atmosphere where isolation drives the fear. It succeeds in establishing immediate stakes by placing professional soldiers against impossible odds, leveraging the contrast between disciplined warfare and chaotic mythological forces. This approach suits readers who prefer action-oriented horror over slow-burn psychological studies. The focus on being hunted provides consistent momentum, appealing to those who enjoy high-stakes survival scenarios within a supernatural framework.
