The plot hinges on whether moral integrity can overcome raw destructive capability when both parties wield telekinetic and astral forces.
Set in Portland, Oregon, the story engages with themes of serial killer lineage and unexplained phenomena like ESP. It contrasts scientific understanding against supernatural forces that remain beyond current academic grasp. The work reflects on how inherited trauma and innate ability shape destiny.
